The room is loud.
Now the recap deck shows it.
You are the sales enablement or field marketing manager who owns SKO, and you know the energy in the general session is the product. The president's club announcements, the regional team that turned up in matching shirts, the dinner where the new hires met the people they had only seen on calls. Half the reps photograph it and none of them send you anything. The regions that could not fly in watch a stream and see none of it. One code on the lanyard, one gallery for the recap deck, and the whole field in one place.

The moments guests actually photograph at sales kickoffs
Why sales kickoffs work better on Picsui
Written for the person hosting this one, and checked against what the product actually does.
Regional offices watch the general session live
Not every rep gets a flight. Live Pass streams the opening session and the awards to a private link, with audio, for up to 90 minutes and 100 viewers. The Sydney office gathers around one screen at their morning and sees the same room, and they can upload their own photos into the same gallery.
A directory that outlasts the week
SKO is where the new rep in Denver finally meets the solutions engineer they have been emailing. Attendees opt in to the networking directory, swap contact details and book time with each other from the event page, so the introductions made at the dinner do not depend on someone remembering a name.
The recap deck is built from originals
The Monday-after recap goes to the whole company, and the version with real photos of the awards and the regional teams gets read. Approved uploads download at full resolution, singly or as one archive, so the deck and the internal comms post use the same set without asking anyone for their camera roll.
No app. No account. One scan.
Guests point their camera at a QR code and are uploading in seconds. Nobody installs anything, nobody creates a login, and the grandparents can do it as easily as the teenagers.
Broadcast it to the people who couldn't come
Live Pass is a standalone $39 one-time add-on: stream up to 90 minutes to 100 viewers on a private link, with audio. Family abroad watch on any phone, no app required.
Attendee networking
Attendees opt in to a directory, exchange contact details and book meetings from the event page β useful long after the photos stop.
Several days, one gallery
Multi-day celebrations get sub-events under one code, so the rehearsal, the ceremony and the brunch stay organised but reachable from a single link.
Full-resolution downloads
Download any photo, or the whole event as one archive, at original quality. What guests uploaded is what you keep β no compression, no watermark on paid events.
You approve before anyone sees
Turn on host review and every upload waits in your queue until you approve it. AI screening flags anything questionable so you are not scrolling through hundreds of photos at midnight.
How it works
Set up in a minute. Collect for the whole event.
Create the SKO as one event with a sub-event per day, turn on host review, and add the QR code to the lanyard and the agenda.
Show the code on the holding slide before the general session and again before the awards. Send the link to the remote regions with the stream.
Reps upload from the room, the breakouts and the team dinners. Remote offices watch live and upload from their side. Approve from the queue between sessions.
Download the archive for the recap deck on the last afternoon, and share the gallery link with the whole field the following week.
Try uploading as a guest.
Scan this with your phone the way a guest at your event would. Choose a sample photo and upload it from your browser, then open the demo gallery to see it land.
- Scan the code with your phone camera β it opens straight in the browser.
- Upload a sample photo. Look for the upload confirmation so you know it reached the host.
Use a sample you are comfortable sharing with Picsui. Please keep personal or sensitive photos out of the demo.

This is the same kind of code your guests scan at your event.
Getting the most from sales kickoffs
Put the QR code on the back of the lanyard badge, because that is the one thing every rep carries for the whole week and looks at when they are bored in a breakout. Lanyards go to print earlier than most other collateral, so create the event before the print deadline. Add a sub-event per day rather than per session; reps know which day it is and rarely know which track they are in. Show the code on the screen before the general session and again right before the awards, which is the moment the most phones come out.
Plan the broadcast around the regions' time zones, not around the agenda. The general session at nine in the morning on the coast is the middle of the night in Sydney, so pick the one session that matters most to remote reps, usually the awards or the CEO's opening, and stream that one with Live Pass to a private link. Tell the remote offices in advance so they gather around one screen and take a photo of themselves watching. Those photos, uploaded to the same gallery, are the ones leadership puts in the recap because they show the whole company in one place.
Treat the team dinners as their own upload moment. The general session photos all look the same: a stage, a slide, a crowd from behind. The dinners are where the regional teams are in their shirts, where the awards get re-toasted and where the new hires are laughing with people they had only met on video. Ask each regional manager to say the code out loud at their table. Approve the dinner uploads in the morning over coffee, and you will have the pages of the recap deck that people actually forward.
Common questions about sales kickoffs
How do remote sales teams take part in SKO?
Give them two things: the event link and the stream. With Live Pass, a $39 one-time add-on for the event, the general session or the awards streams to a private link, with audio, for up to 90 minutes and 100 viewers, on any phone or laptop with no app. Remote reps can also upload their own photos to the same gallery, and opt in to the attendee networking directory to book time with the people in the room. Pick the session that matters most in their time zone rather than trying to stream the whole day.
Can I keep each day of a multi-day kickoff separate?
Yes. Create the SKO as one event and add a sub-event per day. Everyone scans the same code on the lanyard, picks the day, and uploads are grouped accordingly. When you build the recap you can pull the awards night without scrolling past the breakout sessions, and the whole week is still one gallery link to send to the field. Keep it to days, or at most day plus the awards dinner; reps will not pick from a list of twenty sessions, and they do not need to.
How do I get photos for the recap deck without chasing reps?
The code on the lanyard and on the screen does most of it, because reps upload when the whole room is told to and they are already holding a phone. The rest comes from turning on host review and approving during the event, which fills the live gallery on the screens and prompts the tables that have not uploaded yet. On the last afternoon, download approved originals as one archive and build the deck from those. You will have more usable photos than the photographer delivered, and you will have them the same day.
The numbers on the slides are not public. Is the SKO gallery private?
The gallery is private by default, reachable only by the link or code you share, and blocked from search engines and AI crawlers. Host review holds every upload until you approve it, which is the setting to use when the slides carry quotas, pipeline numbers and product roadmap. Reject the slide photos, approve the people, and the gallery you share with the field is safe to forward. The gallery stays online for 365 days on an Event Pass; download the archive before then and keep it with the recap.
What does SKO cost on Picsui?
One Event Pass at $29 covers the whole kickoff, since the days are sub-events of the same event. It includes unlimited uploads with a 25 GB fair-use bound, host review, the attendee directory, full-resolution downloads and 365 days of hosting. Streaming a session to remote regions is Live Pass, a separate $39 one-time add-on. There is no per-attendee fee and no subscription, so a three hundred rep SKO costs the same as a thirty rep one.
