The Event Pass comes with our 30-day unused-event money-back guarantee. Photographer Pro, the Stream Recording add-on and Partner credits each have their own rule, set out below so you can tell before you buy whether a refund applies.
Buy with confidence and set your gallery up before the wedding. If you change your plans, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as your event is still unused — fewer than 25 guest uploads and no livestream started.
Your own test uploads don't count toward that total, so you can try everything before the day.
After an event has been used we can't refund the storage, streaming and processing already spent on it.
Photographer Pro is a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. If you subscribe and then decide it isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, as long as you haven't used an event yet. Your own test uploads don't count.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not refund a billing period already paid for, and renewal payments are not refunded.
The Stream Recording add-on is sold after a stream ends, for a stream we have already recorded. If we can't deliver the replay you paid for — there is no playable recording, or the replay link and MP4 download don't work and we can't fix them — we refund the add-on in full. Once the replay has been delivered, the add-on is not refundable.
Partner event credits that you haven't used are refundable within 30 days of purchase. A credit is used once you create a client event with it, and a used credit is not refundable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase; expired credits, and free gift credits, are not refundable. If you have used some credits from a pack, we refund the unused ones at the per-credit price you paid for that pack.
A gift bought at picsui.com/gift can be refunded to the person who paid for it within 30 days of purchase, as long as the recipient has not opened it yet. Once it is opened, the pass belongs to the recipient and follows the Event Pass rules above. Each gift code can be opened once, is good for 3 years from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will still refund you if Picsui materially fails to deliver what you paid for, or where refunds are required by law.
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that apply under law. If something went wrong, contact us even if the rules above do not fit.
