30-day unused-event money-back guarantee

Set up and test Picsui before the event. If your plans change while the event is still unused, the rules are simple and visible before you buy.

How the guarantee works

Buy with confidence and set your gallery up before the wedding. If you change your plans, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as your event is still unused — fewer than 25 guest uploads and no livestream started.

Your own test uploads don't count toward that total, so you can try everything before the day.

After an event has been used we can't refund the storage, streaming and processing already spent on it. We will still refund you if Picsui materially fails to deliver what you paid for, or where refunds are required by law.

Cancelling a Pro or Studio subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund a billing period already completed.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address used for your Picsui account. Include the event name or purchase email so we can locate the payment.

This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that apply under law. If Picsui materially fails to deliver what you purchased, contact us even if the automatic conditions below do not fit.
