One link
for the whole company.
Stream your town hall or all-hands to remote employees in any browser — no installs and no seat licenses. The stream is recorded when recording is available; keep it afterwards as an add-on.
Included with the $39 Event Pass. Corporate proposals state explicitly whether it is included.
90 minutes · Up to 100 concurrent viewers · Recording available as an add-on
Built for HR and internal comms, not AV teams
Stream and capture the room's culture moments — without provisioning seats or asking IT to install anything.
One link for the whole company
Share a single link in Slack, Teams, or email. Remote employees watch the stream live in any browser — no installs, no seat licenses to count.
Nothing to install
Viewers watch in the browser they already have. Presenters stream from a browser too. IT doesn't need to roll anything out.
Recorded, kept on request
The stream is recorded when recording is available. The replay is not included in the pass. It is the Stream Recording add-on, bought after the stream: watch, download, and share a replay link. Corporate retention requirements beyond that should be agreed before purchase.
In-room QR photo wall
Put a QR code on the screen and let people in the room upload photos from their phones. They appear in a live gallery — culture moments for internal comms, captured as they happen.
Know who showed up
Collect employee emails through the gallery gate and photo uploads, so internal comms knows who engaged.
Your branding, not ours
Add your organisation's logo and colours to the event page and gallery on Partner. Removing the Picsui attribution entirely is scoped as part of a Corporate engagement.
Running offsites and team events too? See Picsui for corporate teams.
Every internal event, one workflow
The people in the room and the people at home see the same stream and the same live gallery.
Quarterly all-hands
Stream results and roadmap to every office and remote employee at once through one private link.
Executive town halls
Leadership announcements reach the whole company the same way — one private link and no viewer install.
Offsite kickoffs & culture events
Stream the opening session to employees who stayed home while the in-room QR photo wall collects candids for internal comms and employer branding.
Distributed team streams
For companies without a single HQ, the browser link is the room. No seat provisioning, no calendar-invite install prompts.
FAQ
What does town hall streaming cost?
The private live stream is included with the $39 Event Pass. The same holds for company events bought on the Three-Event Pass: every event includes it.
What do employees need to watch the town hall?
Just the link. The stream plays in any modern browser on desktop or mobile — no app to install, no account to create, and no per-viewer seat licenses.
Is the town hall recorded?
Yes. The stream is recorded when recording is available and held privately. The replay is not included in the pass and is not guaranteed for every stream. Afterwards you can unlock the recording as the Stream Recording add-on — watch, download the MP4, and share a replay link for 12 months.
How long can a town hall stream run, and how many people can watch?
The stream included with the Event Pass runs up to 90 minutes with up to 100 concurrent viewers. Do not assume extra viewer capacity is available; Corporate requirements must be agreed in the proposal before the event.
Can we put our company branding on it?
Yes. Add your logo and colours to the event page and gallery on Partner. Removing the Picsui attribution entirely is scoped as part of a Corporate engagement.
How does the in-room photo wall work?
Show a QR code on the screen in the room. Employees scan it and upload photos from their phone's browser — no app. Photos land in a live gallery, and you can switch on approval so nothing goes public until you have reviewed it.
Can we tell who attended?
You can collect employee emails through the gallery email gate and photo uploads, which tells you who engaged. Picsui doesn't generate formal attendance reports, transcripts, or captions today.
