What does town hall broadcasting cost?
The private live broadcast is included with the $29 Event Pass. For a Corporate pilot, the proposal states in writing whether broadcasting is included and lists its limits before approval.
What do employees need to watch the town hall?
Just the link. The stream plays in any modern browser on desktop or mobile — no app to install, no account to create, and no per-viewer seat licenses.
Is the town hall recorded?
Yes. Every broadcast is recorded on our servers and held privately. Afterwards you can unlock the recording as the Broadcast Recording add-on — watch, download the MP4, and share a replay link for 12 months. Longer retention or archive requirements can be scoped as part of a Corporate pilot.
How long can a town hall stream run, and how many people can watch?
The broadcast included with the Event Pass runs up to 90 minutes with up to 100 concurrent viewers. Do not assume extra viewer capacity is available; Corporate requirements must be agreed in the proposal before the event.
