Live includes up to 90 minutes and 100 simultaneous viewers. A replay is not included or guaranteed.

Planning across borders
Can my guests use Picsui abroad?
Guests need a supported browser and internet access to Picsui. Payments and service availability can vary by location. Try the free preview from your venue and a relative's home before the wedding.
Will everyone see the same language?
No. Each guest can use English, Spanish or French. Your event name and any welcome message you write stay as you wrote them. Host dashboard tools and some support content are currently in English.
What if the venue has weak Wi-Fi?
Try an upload and a short Live test at the venue beforehand. Uploads and live video both depend on your connection; a successful test somewhere else does not prove the venue's network will work.
Who can see our photos?
You choose whether guests can see the shared gallery. Keep it host-only to collect photos privately, or share the gallery with your guests. Your gallery settings still apply to translated links.
Planning weddings for other people?
