Sponsor recognition guests actually see

Put a “Sponsored by” link on the page every guest opens to share their photos, show the sponsor on the big screen, and see how many people tapped through.

Available on partner events and Photographer Pro.

Where the sponsor shows up

Set a sponsor name and link per event. It appears in four places, all of them pages guests actually look at.

The guest upload page

Every guest who scans the QR code sees “Sponsored by” and the sponsor's name under the event logo, before they pick a single photo.

The name form

The short form where guests add their name carries the same line, so the sponsor is in view while they're deciding to take part.

The photo gallery

The gallery people come back to after the night shows the sponsor link under the logo. It's still there when they open it again weeks later.

The live slideshow

On the big screen, the sponsor's name shows under the event logo while guest photos play. The whole room sees it, all night.

Links must be secure (https). Each event has its own sponsor, so your spring gala and your autumn dinner can credit different businesses.

Count the clicks, per event

Every tap on the sponsor link is counted for that event. Link-preview bots and search crawlers are left out, so the number is people, not machines checking a URL.

On partner events, the count sits on the event card in your dashboard next to your credits and client events. No spreadsheet, no tracking code to add to the sponsor's site.

Using it in a renewal conversation

  1. After the event, open the event card and note the sponsor link count.
  2. Take a photo of the slideshow with their name on screen, or pick one from the gallery.
  3. Send both with the gallery link in your thank-you note: “[number] guests tapped through to you from the event gallery.”
  4. Next year, compare the new count with this one. That's your own history, from your own events.

Clicks show interest, not sales. Present them as what they are: guests who chose to visit the sponsor.

“Powered by” you

Separate from the sponsor, you get your own credit line: one account-wide link at the bottom of every branded event's gallery and upload page. Taps on it are counted per event, and partners see which events bring people to their site.

The organisation's logo on top

Each event carries its own logo, uploaded per event: the nonprofit, the chamber or the company hosting the night. On a coloured header it sits on a white plate so it stays readable, and the sponsor line sits right under it. Run it on your own web address too.

Events where sponsors expect to be seen

Nonprofit galas and fundraisers

Give a table or title sponsor a line on every guest's phone and on the screen above the auction.

Chamber of commerce events

Mixers, ribbon cuttings and annual dinners where a member business is underwriting the night.

Award nights

The category sponsor's name stays on the gallery long after the winners have gone home.

Corporate events

Conferences, launches and holiday parties with a partner company paying for the photos or the bar.

Community festivals

A local sponsor gets credit on the page every attendee uses to share their photos.

Which plans include sponsor links

Partner events ($19/event, or five Event credits for $79). For planners, agencies and booth companies running events for clients. You set your own price and bill the client.

Photographer Pro ($39/month). For photographers running client events every month.

Event Pass does not include sponsor links. It removes the “Powered by Picsui” line from guest pages for one host event.

Sponsor recognition questions

Where does the sponsor appear?

A “Sponsored by” line with the sponsor's name and link sits under the event logo on the guest upload page, the name form and the photo gallery. On the live slideshow, the sponsor's name shows under the logo on the big screen.

Can I see how many guests clicked the sponsor link?

Yes. Every tap on the sponsor link is counted for that event, and partners see the count on the event card in their dashboard. Link-preview bots and crawlers are not counted, so the number reflects people.

How do I use the click count with a sponsor?

After the event, take the count from the event card and put it in your thank-you or renewal note, next to the gallery link and a photo of the slideshow with their name on screen. It gives the sponsor a real number from their own event instead of an estimate.

Can the sponsor's logo appear on the gallery?

The “Sponsored by” line is text: the sponsor's name, linked to their site. Each event has one logo slot at the top, which you upload per event. For a title-sponsored event, you can upload a co-branded logo there.

What is the “Powered by” credit line?

It's your own account-wide link at the bottom of every branded event's gallery and upload page, such as “Powered by” your company name. Taps on it are counted per event too.

Is the sponsor link included with the Event Pass?

No. The Event Pass removes the “Powered by Picsui” line from guest pages but does not include sponsor links, custom logos or your own domain. Sponsor links come with partner events and with Photographer Pro.

What kind of link can I use?

Any secure https web address, such as the sponsor's home page or a landing page made for the event. Each event has its own sponsor, so different events can credit different sponsors.

What does it cost?

Partner credits are $19/event (or five Event credits for $79). You set your own price for the client and can build the sponsor placement into what you charge. Photographer Pro is $39/month.

Give your sponsors a number

A sponsor line on every guest's phone, their name on the big screen, and a click count you can send them afterwards.
