How many events can I create per month?
Free includes 1 event/month, Starter includes 5 events/month, Professional includes 25 events/month, and Enterprise gives you unlimited events. Your monthly photo limit is shared across all events.
What happens if I hit my monthly photo limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, new uploads pause until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan anytime for a higher limit. All existing photos remain accessible.
What is AI moderation?
Our AI automatically scans uploaded photos for inappropriate content. You can adjust sensitivity levels and manually review flagged photos before they appear in your gallery.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start your Professional or Enterprise plan with a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
How do live streaming add-ons work?
Enterprise includes 3 live streams per month with up to 200 concurrent viewers and 90-day recorded replays. On Starter and Professional, you can purchase live streaming as a $19/event add-on (up to 50 viewers, 30-day replay). All streams are automatically recorded so guests can revisit the broadcast. Need more viewer capacity? Add Extra Viewer Packs at $9 per pack (+50 viewers each).
What happens when my photos expire?
Starter plan photos are stored for 30 days. Professional plan photos are stored for 1 year. Enterprise photos are stored for 2 years. We'll email you before any photos expire so you can download them. You can always bulk-download your photos as a ZIP file from your event dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your events and photos remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer coupon or promotion codes?
Yes! We offer promotion codes for discounts on subscriptions. Enter your code during checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to get exclusive codes.
