What's the difference between Wedding Pass and Event Pass?
Wedding Pass ($59) is for couples buying their own wedding gallery — it includes 2,000 photos, up to 200 guests, live slideshow, ZIP download, and 12 months of storage. Want AI moderation, a branded gallery, and face search? Wedding Pass Plus ($89) adds those, and Wedding Live Pass ($129) adds live streaming the ceremony. Event Pass ($49) is for non-wedding single events like birthdays or corporate parties — 2,000 photos, 50 viewers, 60-day storage. All are one-time purchases with no subscription.
How many events can I create per month?
Pro (Professional plan) includes 15 events/month. Studio (Enterprise plan) includes 60 events/month. Free Demo gets 1 live event for trial purposes. Buying a Wedding Pass or Event Pass gives you 1 event per pass — buy as many as you need.
What happens if I hit my monthly photo limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Pro caps at 5,000 photos/month, Studio at 15,000/month. Once reached, new uploads pause until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade anytime. All existing photos stay accessible.
What is AI moderation?
Our AI automatically scans uploaded photos for inappropriate content. You can adjust sensitivity levels and manually review flagged photos before they appear in your gallery.
Why is the test event limited?
Hosting, streaming, and storing thousands of full-resolution photos and videos costs real money for every event. The private Test Event gives you 25 uploads and 3-day hosting to preview the workflow. When you're ready for guests and full downloads, a one-time pass starts at just $49 — no subscription.
How does the 7-day evaluation work?
Pro and Studio both include a 7-day evaluation. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
How do live streaming add-ons work?
On Pro, live streaming is a $19/event add-on with up to 100 concurrent viewers and 30-day recorded replay — you only pay for the events you stream. Studio includes 3 live streams per month with up to 200 concurrent viewers and 90-day replays, with additional streams at $19/event. Couples can add streaming to any event with a Wedding Live Pass or Event Live Pass.
What happens when my photos expire?
Pro photos are stored for 1 year. Studio photos are stored for 2 years. Wedding Pass: 12 months. Event Pass: 60 days. We email you before any photos expire so you can download. You can always bulk-download as a ZIP from your event dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your events and photos remain accessible until the end of your billing period. One-time passes (Wedding/Event) are not subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel.
What's the catch with founding pricing?
No catch. The first 25 customers lock in today's prices for the life of their account — not "first 3 months" or "first year." When the 25 spots are claimed, prices return to regular: Wedding Pass $99, Event Pass $69, Pro $79/mo, Studio $149/mo. Founding members never see the price hike.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
