A guest points a phone camera at the code on the table and the upload page opens. Grandparents manage it because there is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. Guest pages are in English, Español, Français, and every photo lands in the same private gallery, at full resolution, with the video clips too.
The live montage on the ballroom screen
Open the slideshow in a browser on the AV laptop and the LED wall shows what guests are uploading, minutes after they take it. The gatecrash from the morning is on screen by the first course. Turn on host review and nothing appears until you, or a bridesmaid with the login, approve it.
Private by default, yours to delete
The gallery is reachable only by the link or code you share. It is never listed publicly and guest pages are blocked from search engines and named AI crawlers. Remove any photo, close uploads at any time, or delete the whole event. Every original is downloadable in one ZIP before the 365-day hosting ends.

Your guests' data and the PDPA
Picsui is operated from the United States, and photos and guest details are stored there, so your guests' personal data leaves Singapore. Galleries are private by default, guests upload without creating an account, hosts can delete any photo or the whole event, and our Data Processing Agreement sets out the safeguards for that transfer. If your company or venue needs the DPA signed, ask.

Do our guests need to download an app or sign up?
No. A guest scans the QR code on the table with the phone camera and the upload page opens in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create; a name is optional. That is what makes it work for a banquet of several hundred people of every age. Guests who arrive late or leave early upload whenever they like, and the code keeps working after the event for anyone who forgot.
Can the photos play on the ballroom LED screen during the dinner?
Yes. The live slideshow is a web page, so the hotel's AV team opens it in a browser on the laptop already connected to the screen and it fills the display. New uploads appear within a minute or two of being taken. Most couples run the montage as usual for the march-in and switch to the live slideshow for the dinner courses, when the room is looking at the screen anyway.
What does it cost in Singapore dollars?
The Event Pass is $29, paid once for the event, with no subscription and no charge per guest or per table. Our relatives in Malaysia and Australia cannot fly in. Can they watch?
Yes. A private live broadcast is included with every Event Pass: up to 90 minutes and 100 viewers on one link you send to the family. They watch from a phone or a TV browser with no account. It works for the solemnisation as well as the banquet, and they see the finished gallery afterwards from the same link, so the grandparents get the full day, not a clip.
There will be forty tables and a lot of enthusiastic relatives. Will it cope?
That is the normal case. An Event Pass allows unlimited uploads with a 25 GB fair-use bound, which covers a full banquet of photos and video clips from every table. Uploads go straight to storage, so a crowd uploading at the same moment after the yum seng does not slow anyone down. Turn on host review if you want to approve what appears on the screen.
Some photos from the gatecrash should never be seen again. Can we control that?
Turn on host review and every upload waits in a queue until someone with the host login approves it, so nothing reaches the gallery or the screen without a yes. AI screening flags anything questionable first, so approving is a short list, not a scroll through hundreds of photos. You can also remove any photo afterwards, and the bridesmaids can share the review during dinner.
