A video guestbook your guests will actually use
A video guestbook lets guests record short video toasts and messages from their own phones by scanning one QR code — no app, no account. Picsui captures video, voice, and written messages together for a one-time $39, alongside the photo gallery and live slideshow.
One-time. No account needed to buy — about a minute.
How the video guestbook works
Video toasts from everyone
Even the guests too shy for a live speech will record a heartfelt 30-second toast from their seat.
No app, no account
Scan the QR, record in the browser, done. Works in the phone browser — nothing to install.
Guestbook Replay
Every video plays back in one place — your day in your guests' own words.
Video guestbook FAQ
What is a video guestbook?
A video guestbook lets your guests record short video messages or toasts instead of (or alongside) signing a paper book. With Picsui, guests scan a QR code, it opens in their phone browser, and they record a video toast of up to 30 seconds — no app, no account. You get every video in one private gallery plus a Guestbook Replay.
How do guests record a video toast?
They scan your QR code, the guestbook opens in their browser, they tap to record a video, and tap done. It takes about a minute and works in current iPhone and Android browsers — no app to download and no account to create.
Can the same guestbook collect voice and written messages too?
Yes. Picsui's video guestbook is part of Event Pass — the same QR code also captures voice messages, written notes with prompts, and photo uploads, all for one $39 one-time price.
Where can I see all the video messages?
Every video toast lands in one private gallery, and the Guestbook Replay plays them back in sequence — your event in your guests' own words, to revisit on every anniversary.
A video guestbook is part of the pass, not an add-on.
Video toasts, voice notes and written messages arrive through the same QR code as the photos, on one Event Pass paid once. Here is what the other names charge for one event.
