Event photo galleries on your own domain
Guests scan your QR code and land on photos.yourcompany.com. The upload page, the gallery and every share link live on an address you own, with your logo and your client's.
One DNS record. Secure https set up for you. Change or remove it any time.
How to connect your address
Three steps, and only one of them happens outside Picsui. You don't need a developer or a web host.
- 1
Type the address you want
In your dashboard, enter an address you own, such as photos.yourstudio.com or gallery.yourvenue.com.
- 2
Add one DNS record
Add a single CNAME record at your domain provider: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, Squarespace, Cloudflare, cPanel or any other. We show you exactly what to paste.
- 3
That's it
Secure https is set up for you automatically. Most addresses connect within minutes of the record existing. Your dashboard shows when it's live.
Changed your mind? Change the address or remove it from the dashboard. The old address is released, and gallery links you already sent on picsui.com keep working.
What runs on your address
Once it's connected, everything a guest touches uses it.
QR codes
Every QR code you download for a connected event points at your address. Guests scan and land on your domain.
Guest pages and gallery links
The upload page, the gallery and every share link use your address. Nothing in the browser bar says Picsui.
A home page with an event finder
Your address opens on your own page: your logo, a “Find your event” box where guests type their event code, and the events you choose to show.
Your contact details
Add your email, phone and website to that page. Edit it any time from the dashboard under “Your page”.
White label down to the details
A gallery isn't white label if the vendor's name shows up in the browser tab or on an error page. On partner events, these are all yours:
- Page titles in the browser tab carry the event or your name, not ours
- The browser-tab icon shows your client's logo or yours
- The icon a guest gets when they add the gallery to their phone's home screen is yours too
- The cookie banner carries no Picsui name
- Error pages say “Event not found” and offer a box to type the event code, with no link back to us
- A mistyped link on your address goes to your page, not ours
- The share-link preview image uses the event's background and logo
If you're comparing platforms, these are the places worth checking on any of them. Open a test gallery, add it to your phone's home screen, and type a wrong event code.
Your client's logo on every event
Your address is yours; each event can still wear the client's brand. Upload their logo per event. On a coloured header it sits on a white plate so it's readable, and the preview image people see when the link is shared uses that event's background and logo.
A credit line that sends people to you
Add one “Powered by” line with your name and link. It appears at the bottom of every branded event's gallery and upload page. Every tap on it is counted per event, and partners see the count on each event card. Sponsor links work the same way.
Who uses their own address
Anyone who runs events for other people and wants the photos to come back with their name on them.
Event and wedding planners
Hand every client a gallery on your own address. The photos arrive with your name on them, which is the name they recommend.
Photo booth companies
Send booth and guest photos to one gallery on your domain, with your client's logo on top and your credit line at the bottom.
Photographers
Guest phone photos sit next to your delivery on an address your clients already know from your website.
Agencies
Run activations and launches for brands under your agency's address, each event carrying the brand's own logo.
Venues
One address for every event in your rooms. Couples and companies type their event code on your page and find their photos.
Which plans include your own address
Two ways in, depending on how you work. The Event Pass for a single host event does not include a custom address.
Partner programme
$19/event
or five Event credits for $79
For planners, booth companies, designers and agencies who resell. Each credit is one client event. You set your own price and bill your client.

- 12-month gallery, unlimited guest uploads (fair use applies)
Applications are reviewed before activation.

- Credit line and sponsor links
- Transfer the finished event to your client

Questions about using your own domain
Can I use my own domain for event photo galleries?
Yes, on the Partner programme and on Photographer Pro. Type an address you own in the dashboard, add one CNAME record at your domain provider, and your QR codes, guest pages, galleries and share links move to that address.
What DNS record do I need?
One CNAME record. Your dashboard shows the exact name and value to paste. It works with any domain provider that lets you add a CNAME, including GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, Squarespace, Cloudflare and cPanel hosts.
Do I need to buy an SSL certificate?
No. Secure https is set up automatically once the record exists. Most addresses are connected within minutes.
Can I change or remove the address later?
Yes, any time from the dashboard. When you change or remove it, the old address is released. Gallery links you already sent on picsui.com keep working.
Will guests see Picsui anywhere?
Not on partner events. Page titles, the browser-tab icon, the phone home-screen icon, the cookie banner and the error pages all carry your brand or your client's. A mistyped link on your address goes to your page, not ours.
Can each client event have its own logo?
Yes. Each client event carries its own client's logo. On a coloured header the logo sits on a white plate so it stays readable, and the share-link preview uses that event's background and logo.
What is the “Find your event” page?
It's the home page of your address. It shows your logo, a box where guests type their event code, the events you choose to list under “Happening now” or “Galleries”, and your contact details. No Picsui branding.
How much does it cost?
Partner credits are $19/event (or five Event credits for $79), and you set your own price to your client. Photographer Pro is $39/month, or $349/year — 3 months free. The Event Pass does not include your own address.
Put your name on the address bar
Partner credits start at $19/event. Photographer Pro is $39/month. Both include your own address.
