Live workshop delivery and attendee engagement

The live broadcast, class photos, questions, and attendee list work together while you teach.

Recorded, kept on request

Every workshop broadcast is recorded on our servers. Keep it afterwards with the Broadcast Recording add-on: watch the replay, download the MP4, and share a replay link with attendees.

Live stream for remote attendees

People who can't make it in person watch live in any browser — up to 100 concurrent viewers, sessions up to 90 minutes.

QR photo wall for the room

Attendees scan a QR code and upload photos of the session — whiteboards, exercises, group shots — into one shared class gallery.

Question & feedback box

The digital guestbook doubles as a question and feedback box: attendees leave written or audio messages you can review after the session.

Attendee list captured automatically

Guests share their email when they join the gallery, so you finish every workshop with a contact list for follow-up and future sessions.

No app for attendees

Remote attendees watch in a browser. In-room attendees scan a QR code. Nobody installs anything, so setup takes minutes.

Built for people who teach

One session or a weekly schedule — the same setup works for classes, trainings, and hands-on lessons.

Workshops & masterclasses

Teach the room, stream to remote seats, and share the class photo gallery afterward.

Fitness & movement classes

Stream the session live to remote students and collect class photos in one place instead of a group chat.

Corporate training sessions

Live stream training to remote employees and capture questions in the feedback box.

Cooking, craft & creative lessons

Students photograph their work-in-progress and results into a shared gallery while the lesson streams live.

FAQ

How do I live stream a workshop with Picsui?

Create the broadcast, share the private viewer link, and go live from your phone, laptop, or tablet. The broadcast is recorded; keep the recording afterwards with the Broadcast Recording add-on.

Is a workshop replay included?

No. Use a separate recorder when a recording is essential. Picsui will only include replay after independent backup recording is production-ready.

What does it cost for a single workshop?

The $29 Event Pass covers one workshop, broadcast included. It includes up to 90 minutes and 100 concurrent viewers.

What if I teach regularly?

Partners can apply for event-credit pricing and request a separate Live quote for client workshops. The public price is the $29 Event Pass.

Can students share class photos too?

Yes. Attendees scan a QR code and upload photos straight into the class gallery from any phone browser — no app or account required. You control moderation before anything goes public.

Does Picsui generate transcripts or captions?

No. Transcripts, captions, and replay are not part of the current broadcast feature.
