Are conference sessions recorded automatically?
Yes. Every session broadcast is recorded on our servers and held privately. Afterwards you unlock the recording as the Broadcast Recording add-on — watch, download the MP4, and share a replay link. Multi-session archive requirements can be scoped as part of a Corporate pilot.
How long do session replays stay available?
An unlocked recording stays available to watch, download, and share for 12 months. A recording that is not unlocked is held privately for 30 days and then deleted.
How many sessions can I stream?
One $29 Event Pass covers one session, broadcast and photo sharing included. Each broadcast runs up to 90 minutes with up to 100 concurrent viewers.
How does speaker Q&A work?
Attendees open the event guestbook from the same QR code and leave written, voice, or video questions. Organizers and speakers review them in one place — no separate Q&A tool.
How does the photo wall help sponsors?
The wall updates live on the big screen as attendees upload, so sponsor moments, booths, and branding show up in attendee photos throughout the day. After the event, the gallery gives you real attendee-generated content for recaps and socials.
Do attendees need to install anything?
No. Remote viewers watch in any browser, and in-person attendees scan one QR code to upload photos or leave questions. No apps, no accounts required for guests.
