What happens to your review
- It is read by a person first
- Every review lands in a queue the founder reads. Nothing is published automatically, and nothing is edited: a review is shown exactly as you wrote it, or not at all.
- You choose whether it is public
- Two separate permissions in the form: one to feature your words on the website, one to show your event's real numbers (guests and photos) beside them. Both are off by default. A review with neither still reaches us and still shapes what we build.
- Approved reviews appear on the site
- The customer stories page shows approved reviews once at least 1 exist, alongside customer-approved quotes.
- Critical reviews are welcome
- If something did not work, say so here. A specific complaint is the most useful message we can receive, and someone from Picsui will reply to it.
