Yes. Free Preview includes 25 uploads, a seven-day gallery, five originals, the QR upload flow, slideshow, guestbook preview, and a five-minute Live test. It is for testing, not running a real event.

The live photo slideshow displays uploaded photos in real time on a TV, projector, monitor, or tablet. It is not live video broadcasting. Live Broadcast is a separate $39 one-time product that can be bought by itself.

Live Pass is a standalone $39 one-time product for one event. No Event Pass or photo plan is required. Each broadcast supports up to 90 minutes and 100 concurrent viewers. Picsui Complete includes Event Pass and Live Pass for $49. Replay is not currently included or guaranteed.

Yes, on Event Pass and Picsui Complete: AI moderation screens uploads before they reach your gallery or slideshow. Manual approval is available on every plan, including Free Preview, if you would rather review photos yourself.

Professional branding is included with Partner. Corporate pilots can include organisation-specific branding agreed in writing before purchase.

Open your event, go to the Downloads tab, and click Download All Photos. You get a ZIP of every photo and video in full resolution. Bulk ZIP download is not included on Free Preview.

Guests can record short voice messages (up to 60 seconds) alongside their photos and videos. These audio messages appear in your event gallery and can be downloaded with all your other media. It's like a digital guestbook, but with real voices.

Yes. The guest upload experience is available in English, Spanish, and French. Guests see it in their own language automatically, based on their browser settings, and they can switch languages from the upload page. You can also link straight to a language by adding ?lang=es or ?lang=fr to your event link — useful for destination weddings and multilingual guest lists.

Not yet. Print ordering is built and integrated with a print-on-demand partner, but it is not switched on for customers while we finish testing fulfilment and shipping. Until then, download your full-resolution originals and use any print service you like — the files are yours.

Use Free Preview to test Picsui. For the real wedding, Event Pass is $29 one-time and includes 2,000 uploads, guestbook, slideshow, moderation, originals, ZIP download, and a 12-month gallery. Choose Picsui Complete for $49 if you also need Live Pass. Live Pass can also be bought alone for $39 one-time.

Apply for Partner pricing: $19 per client event or five event credits for $79. Each event includes 2,000 uploads, professional branding, client transfer, reusable QR signage, and export of contacts who explicitly opted in. Live is priced separately.

No. Event Pass, Live Pass, and Picsui Complete are one-event purchases. Partner uses prepaid event credits. Corporate pilots are quoted per event. None of those automatically renews as a subscription.

After your event has photos, open the Memories tab and Picsui assembles a highlight album from the gallery. Free Preview includes one generation per month and Event Pass includes two; you can regenerate within that allowance if you do not like the first cut. It runs on the photos already uploaded, so it works best once guests have finished contributing.

After your event ends, you can send beautiful personalized thank-you emails to all your guests. Choose from 4 card styles (Classic, Modern, Elegant, Fun), pick a favorite event photo, write a custom message, and send to all guests who provided their email. You can track opens and clicks from your dashboard.

No. Selfie search is switched off and no face embeddings or biometric index exist for any event. If we ever turn it on it will be announced first and will be opt-in per event, never retroactive to photos already uploaded.

For photos we support JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), and WebP. For videos we support MP4, MOV, WEBM, and 3GP. Images are automatically optimized for fast loading while preserving quality for downloads, and videos play back at the quality they were recorded.

200MB per file, photo or video, on every plan. Videos recorded in the browser through Picsui are capped at 30 seconds — to share something longer, record it in your phone’s camera app and upload the file. We automatically optimize for display while keeping the original for downloads.

On Free Preview the gallery locks seven days after the event and the photos are permanently deleted 30 days after they were uploaded — so there is a window after the lock where upgrading still recovers everything, and after 30 days there is nothing to recover. Event Pass and Picsui Complete include a 12-month gallery with original files and ZIP download. Live Pass is broadcast-only and has no photo gallery. Download everything you want to keep before the gallery window ends.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transfer. Photos are stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We never sell or share your data.
