The Event Pass is a $69 one-time purchase for single events — no subscription required. It includes 1 event with 2,000 photos & videos, AI moderation, live slideshow, guest email collection, and 60-day storage. Perfect for weddings and one-off celebrations.

For photos we support JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), and WebP. For videos we support MP4, MOV, WEBM, and 3GP. Images are automatically optimized for fast loading while preserving quality for downloads, and videos play back at the quality they were recorded.

Individual photos and videos can be up to 50MB each. We automatically optimize for display while keeping the original for downloads.

Photo storage depends on your plan: 30 days on Starter, 1 year on Professional. We send email reminders at 30 days and 7 days before expiration so you can download your photos. You can bulk-download all photos as a ZIP anytime. Need longer storage? Enterprise plans offer custom retention.
