No! That's one of our key features. Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone's camera, which opens a web page where they can upload photos. No app downloads, no account creation required.

Yes. Free Preview includes 60 uploads, a seven-day gallery, five originals, the QR upload flow, slideshow, guestbook preview, and a five-minute Live test. It is for testing, not running a real event.

The live photo slideshow displays uploaded photos in real time on a TV, projector, monitor, or tablet — open one link on the screen and you're done. A photo uploaded during the show is the next slide, with a “Just added” badge, so the guest who just scanned sees it within seconds. Written guestbook messages appear as full-screen cards between photos. You choose from single, grid, or mosaic layouts and eleven transition styles, add your logo and colours, keep the QR code on screen so more guests join, and control all of it from a phone remote. Every one of those is a switch you can turn off. With moderation on, nothing reaches the screen until you approve it. It is not live video streaming; the private live stream is a separate feature, included with the Event Pass.

It is included with every Event Pass. Each stream supports up to 90 minutes and 100 concurrent viewers on one private link. The stream is recorded when recording is available. The replay is not included in the pass: it is the Stream Recording add-on, $29, bought after the stream.

Yes. On the Event Pass you can switch on approval, so every upload waits for you before it reaches your gallery or slideshow. On every event, including Free Preview, you can remove any photo yourself. Picsui does not screen photos automatically.

Professional branding is included with Partner. Corporate pilots can include organisation-specific branding agreed in writing before purchase.

Open your event, go to the Downloads tab, and click Download All Photos. You get a ZIP of every photo and video in full resolution. Bulk ZIP download is not included on Free Preview.

Guests can record short voice messages (up to 60 seconds) alongside their photos and videos. These audio messages appear in your event gallery and can be downloaded with all your other media. It's like a digital guestbook, but with real voices.

Yes. The guest upload experience is available in English, Spanish, French, and Russian. Guests see it in their own language automatically, based on their browser settings, and they can switch languages from the upload page. You can also link straight to a language by adding ?lang=es or ?lang=fr to your event link — useful for destination weddings and multilingual guest lists.

No. Picsui does not sell prints or photobooks. Download your full-resolution originals and use any print service you like — the files are yours.

Use Free Preview to test Picsui. For the real wedding, Event Pass is $39 one-time and includes unlimited guest photo and video uploads, guestbook, slideshow, moderation, originals, ZIP download, and a 12-month gallery, plus a private live stream for remote guests.

Each event includes unlimited guest photo and video uploads, professional branding, client transfer, reusable QR signage, and export of contacts who explicitly opted in. Live stream is included on every event.

Yes. Free Preview includes 60 uploads, 5 full-resolution originals, a gallery that locks 7 days after the event (photos are deleted 30 days after upload), watermarked previews, a slideshow and guestbook to test, and a five-minute Live test for two viewers. It is not intended to run a real event.

No. The Event Pass is a one-event purchase. Partner uses prepaid event credits. Corporate pilots are quoted per event. None of those renews. The one subscription we sell is Photographer Pro, for professionals: it renews monthly or yearly until you cancel it in the billing portal.

It is not available right now: Picsui's AI features are switched off. Every photo and video can still be downloaded at full resolution, so you can build a highlight album yourself from the gallery.

After your event ends, you can send beautiful personalized thank-you emails to all your guests. Choose from 4 card styles (Classic, Modern, Elegant, Fun), pick a favorite event photo, write a custom message, and send to all guests who provided their email. You can track opens and clicks from your dashboard.

No. Face search (selfie search) is not available, and no face embeddings or biometric index exist for any event. If that ever changes it will be announced first and will be opt-in per event, never retroactive to photos already uploaded.

For photos we support JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), and WebP. For videos we support MP4, MOV, WEBM, and 3GP. Images are automatically optimized for fast loading while preserving quality for downloads, and videos play back at the quality they were recorded.

Photos up to 200 MB and videos up to 100 MB per file, on every plan. Videos recorded in the browser through Picsui are capped at 30 seconds — to share something longer, record it in your phone’s camera app and upload the file. We automatically optimize for display while keeping the original for downloads.

On Free Preview the gallery locks seven days after the event and the photos are permanently deleted 30 days after they were uploaded — so there is a window after the lock where upgrading still recovers everything, and after 30 days there is nothing to recover. The Event Pass includes a 12-month gallery with original files and ZIP download. Download everything you want to keep before the gallery window ends.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transfer. Photos are stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We never sell or share your data.

Shared albums (Google Photos, iCloud, etc.) require guests to have accounts and specific apps. Most guests never bother. Picsui works with a single QR scan — no app, no account. You also get photo approval, a live slideshow, custom branding, and bulk download. It's purpose-built for events, not general file sharing.

On Free Preview your first 60 photos are shown free. Guests can keep uploading past that, and every photo is saved, but the extras stay locked (shown blurred) until you buy a pass, which reveals them all. The Event Pass includes unlimited guest photo and video uploads for one wedding. Fair use: 25 GB of media per event.

Absolutely. Your Picsui gallery has a shareable link you can send to anyone — remote family members, friends who couldn't make it, or anyone who wants to relive the day. They can view and download photos without needing an account.
