How does the venue partnership pricing work?
You pay our wholesale subscription (from $29/month) and resell to your clients at any markup you choose. Most venues charge $99–$199 per event as an add-on. The margin is yours to keep.
Do we need to train staff to run it?
No. Picsui is fully self-service. Your client logs in, sets up their event, downloads a QR code, and prints it. Your staff doesn't need to learn or operate anything new on the event day.
Can we white-label it under our brand?
Yes. White-label is included on Professional and Enterprise plans — your logo, your colors, your domain. Guests see your venue brand, not Picsui.
What's the operational lift on event day?
Effectively zero. The QR code goes on table cards or signage, guests scan and upload, and the live slideshow runs from any TV or projector you already have. AI moderation handles inappropriate uploads automatically.
How does this compare to renting a photo booth?
