Event-day texts
Picsui's SMS program. Last updated: October 9, 2026
What this is
Nobody reads email during their own wedding. If you host an event on Picsui, you can ask us to text you on the day instead, so you know your guests' photos are arriving without opening a laptop. The program is optional and off by default.
What you receive
At most three texts per event day, one for each moment:
- Uploads open: your event has opened and guests can start adding photos.
- First photo: the first guest photo has landed in your gallery.
- Nothing yet: two hours in, no photos have arrived, with a link to share your gallery again.
That is the whole list. No marketing, no offers, and no texts on days you have no event. Example message:
Picsui: uploads are open for "Ana & Luis". Share picsui.com/e/ABC123 with your guests. Reply STOP to opt out.
How to opt in
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Enter your mobile number under "Mobile number for event-day texts".
- Tick "Text me on the day of my events" and save.
By ticking the box you agree to receive automated event-day texts from Picsui at the number you entered. Consent is not a condition of buying anything on Picsui.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text and you will not receive another; we send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also untick the box on your account page at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email Support@Picsui.com.
Cost and frequency
- Picsui does not charge for texts.
- Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Up to 3 messages per event day.
Your number
We only text numbers that opted in on their own account page, and we never text guests. Your number and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. Messages are delivered by Twilio, our SMS provider, which receives your number only to deliver them. Details are in the Text Messages section of our Privacy Policy, and the terms that apply are in our SMS Terms.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most US carriers; outside the US, delivery depends on your network.
