Do viewers need to download an app?
No. Viewers open a single link in any web browser — phone, tablet, or desktop. No app, no account, no friction.
What equipment do I need to stream?
Just a device with a camera and internet. You stream from your phone, laptop, or tablet using the in-browser camera — nothing to install.
How much does the live stream cost?
It is included with the $39 Event Pass, along with every guest photo and video, the live slideshow and the guestbook. There is no separate live product.
Do I need to buy an Event Pass first?
The Event Pass is the one thing you buy. Create the event, name the stream, and share its private viewer link. Photo uploads, the gallery and the live photo slideshow come with it.
How many people can watch at once?
Up to 100 concurrent viewers can watch a paid stream. That is the hard simultaneous-viewer cap.
Is the stream private?
Streams are only accessible via the event link. You can also add a password for an extra layer of privacy.
What about stream quality and reliability?
We use LiveKit Cloud infrastructure for low-latency, high-quality streaming. Video adapts automatically to each viewer's connection speed.
Is a recorded replay included?
The stream is recorded on our servers when recording is available, which is not guaranteed, and held privately. The replay is a separate add-on, Stream Recording: unlock it after the stream to watch the full replay, download the MP4, and share a replay link with guests for 12 months. It is bought after the stream, so a pass never promises a file that a dead phone or a network drop could lose.
Can I also use Same Day Slideshow for photos?
Yes. The Event Pass includes both: the live photo slideshow on a screen in the room, and the live video stream for remote viewers.
Does my legacy Wedding Pass include Live Stream?
Yes. Since September 2026 every Event Pass and legacy Wedding Pass includes the private live stream on the event it is attached to.
