What is the difference between the live slideshow and live video streaming?

The live photo slideshow projects guest photos on a screen at the venue and is included with every plan. Live video streaming streams your ceremony to people who are not there, and one private stream is included with the Event Pass.

Buy Event Pass — $39

One-time. No account needed to buy — about a minute.

Short answer

The live slideshow is photos, in the room. Live streaming is video, to people elsewhere — included with the same Event Pass.

How each one works

The slideshow pulls from the real-time gallery: guests scan the QR code, upload from their phone browser, and their photos appear on the venue screen within moments. Nothing extra to buy. The live stream is a private video stream of the event itself, sent to remote viewers at an unguessable link that search engines never index.

The honest limits

Each stream is capped at 90 minutes and 100 concurrent viewers. The stream is recorded, but keeping the replay is the Stream Recording add-on, sold after the stream. The private live stream is included with every Event Pass (since 19 September 2026), and earlier Event Pass and Wedding Pass buyers have it too. Free Preview includes only a 5-minute live test for 2 viewers.

Which pass fits

If everyone you care about is in the room, Event Pass at $39 is enough — the slideshow comes with it. If relatives are watching from another country, the same Event Pass covers it: one private live stream is included.

How to do it

  1. Decide whether your audience is in the room or remote.
  2. For the room: display the QR code and open the slideshow on the venue screen.
  3. For remote viewers: share the private stream link that comes with your Event Pass.
  4. Keep the stream within 90 minutes and 100 viewers.
  5. Add the Stream Recording after the stream if you want the replay.
