Yes. Hosts can feature photos and delete them from the dashboard.

Does approval change the order?

No. Approval decides which uploads reach the gallery and slideshow, not their sequence.

Can I change the order of photos in my event gallery?

Yes. Open Photos, then Organize, then Arrange order: drag photos, move a whole guest's batch at once, or start from a quick sort. Guests see your order and downloads follow it.

The short answer

Yes. Every plan includes Arrange order. Open your event, go to Photos, then Organize, and tap "Arrange order". Drag a photo by its handle or use the arrows, or tap several photos and drag one of them to move the whole batch. "All from …" selects everything one guest uploaded, which is the quick way to lift a late bulk upload and drop it where it belongs in the day.

How it works

Three quick sorts give you a starting point: time taken, upload time, and by guest (each phone's photos together, in camera order). Then adjust by hand. Chapters are optional: add headings such as "Arrivals", "Ceremony" or "Reception" and put photos in them. Guests see the chapters as sections in the gallery.

When you save, guests see your order in the gallery. Both downloads follow it too: the ZIP comes with files numbered so they stay in sequence on a computer, and one folder per chapter when you use chapters.

Honest limits

Photos that arrive without the time they were taken (most phone uploads, because the browser compresses the photo first) sit by upload time until you move them. A gallery with no arrangement opens newest-first while the event is live and in the order the day happened once it is over. New uploads after you arrange land at the end until you place them. Bulk ZIP download is part of the Event Pass; Free Preview shows the gallery in your order but does not include the ZIP.

How to do it

Open your event, go to Photos, then Organize, and tap "Arrange order".

Tap several photos to select them, then drag one to move the whole batch. "All from …" grabs everything one guest uploaded.
Add chapters (optional) such as "Arrivals" or "Reception" and put photos in them.
Save. Guests see the new order, and downloads follow it with numbered files.
