- Can I change the order of photos in my event gallery?
Yes. Open Photos, then Organize, then Arrange order: drag photos, move a whole guest's batch at once, or start from a quick sort. Guests see your order and downloads follow it.
- How do I show a live photo wall at my event?
Picsui's live photo slideshow shows guest uploads on a screen at the venue as they arrive. It is included on every plan, including Free Preview, and it is not a video broadcast.
- Is my event gallery private?
Yes. Galleries live at unguessable links and can be password-protected, and live streams are never indexed by search engines.
- How long do my event photos stay online?
On Free Preview the gallery locks 7 days after the event and photos are permanently deleted 365 days after upload. The Event Pass hosts the gallery for 12.
- Do guests need an app or account to upload photos?
No. Guests scan your QR code and upload from their phone browser, with no app to install and no signup.
- Can I run my wedding on the free plan and pay only if I like the photos?
Yes. Free Preview shows the first 60 uploads and saves everything past that in a locked, blurred state, so you can run the whole event and upgrade afterward to reveal it all.
- What is the difference between the live slideshow and live video streaming?
The live photo slideshow projects guest photos on a screen at the venue and is included with every plan. Live video streaming streams your ceremony to people who are not there, and one private stream is included with the Event Pass.
- How do I download all the photos guests uploaded?
The Event Pass includes a bulk ZIP download of every original, available for the whole 12-month hosting window. Free Preview does not include bulk download.
