How do I show a live photo wall at my event?

Use the live photo slideshow. It shows guest photos on a screen at the venue as they are uploaded, and it works on Free Preview as well as the Event Pass.

It is a slideshow of photos, not live video. If you want a video of the event sent to people who are not there, that is the Live Stream, which is a separate feature included with the paid pass.

How it works

Guests scan your QR code and upload from their phones. Photos appear in the real-time gallery and in the venue slideshow. Open the slideshow on a laptop or device connected to a projector or TV, and new photos flow in as guests upload them.

If you turn on photo approval, each upload waits in a review queue and only reaches the slideshow once you approve it. That is useful when the screen is in front of a mixed crowd.

Honest limits

The screen needs an internet connection at the venue. On Free Preview, only the first 60 uploads are shown, and the rest are saved but locked until you buy a pass, so a busy event can outgrow the free slideshow. The free gallery locks 7 days after the event.

Picsui does not rent or set up screens or projectors. You bring the display.

Which pass fits

For a small event or a test, Free Preview is enough to see the wall working. For a larger crowd, the Event Pass ($39 one time) removes the photo cap so the wall keeps filling all night, and it adds the Live Stream for up to 90 minutes and 100 viewers if you also want remote guests to watch.
