How does photo moderation work on Picsui?
Switch on approval for your event and every guest upload waits in a review queue. You approve or hide each one from your phone or the dashboard. Only approved photos appear in the gallery and on the live slideshow.
Does Picsui screen photos automatically with AI?
No. Picsui does not offer automatic AI screening. Moderation is done by the host through the approval queue, and you can remove any photo at any time.
Which events can use approval?
Approval is available on events covered by an Event Pass or another paid plan. On every event, including Free Preview, you can remove photos from the gallery yourself.
Can I remove a photo after it is already showing?
Yes. Hide or delete any photo from the dashboard and it leaves the gallery and the live slideshow. This works whether approval is on or off.
What if I am too busy to review photos during the event?
Leave approval off and photos appear as they arrive. You can still remove any of them later, from your phone or the dashboard.
Can I keep the gallery private?
Yes. A private gallery can only be browsed by you and the guests who joined the event. Anyone else with the link is turned away.
