Every prom photo, from every phone, in one gallery.

The formal portraits are the smallest part of the night. Group shots in the parking lot, the dance floor, the after-dinner chaos — one QR code collects all of it for the school, the committee, and the yearbook.

One-time payment · No app for guests · 30-day unused-event money-back guarantee

Yearbook-ready by Monday

Hundreds of candid photos in full resolution, in one folder, instead of a term spent asking students to email pictures.

Moderation built in

A school event needs a filter. Every upload can require approval, and automatic screening flags anything inappropriate before a human ever sees it.

Students don't install anything

Scan the code on the table card, pick photos, done. No app, no account, no school email login.

A live wall on the dance floor

Photos appear on the venue screen as they're uploaded — which is what makes the rest of the room join in.

Parents and staff can see it too

Share the gallery link with families after the night without setting up accounts for anyone.

One purchase, no subscription

Buy it for prom. Buy it again for homecoming if you want. There is nothing renewing on the school's card.

How it works

  1. 1

    The committee creates the event

Name, date, school colors on the gallery if you want them.

  2. 2

Print QR cards for the tables

And one large sign near the entrance and the photo backdrop.

  3. 3

    Students upload through the night

Approved photos appear on the screen; everything lands in the gallery.

  4. 4

    Download for the yearbook

    Full-resolution ZIP, ready for layout.

Live demo — no signup

Don't take our word for it. Be the guest.

Scan this with your phone the way a guest at your event would. Upload a photo, then watch it appear in the shared gallery within seconds — no app to install, nothing to sign up for.

  1. Scan the code with your phone camera — it opens straight in the browser.
  2. Add any photo. It lands in the live gallery immediately, exactly like it will at your event.

It's a shared demo gallery, so please keep uploads work-appropriate. Demo uploads are cleared regularly.

This is the same kind of code your guests scan at your event.

Questions

How do we keep inappropriate photos out of a school gallery?

Two layers. Automatic screening checks every upload as it arrives, and approval mode holds everything until a staff member or committee member releases it. Nothing appears on the venue screen or in the shared gallery until it has been reviewed, and anything can be removed afterwards.

Do students need a school account or an app?

Neither. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload in the browser. There is nothing to install and no login, which is what makes participation high.

Can we use the photos in the yearbook?

Yes — you download everything at original resolution, so images are print-quality rather than compressed. Follow your district's usual permissions process for publishing student photos.

What if the venue has bad WiFi?

Uploads work on cellular data, and students can also upload after they get home. Photos still arrive in the same gallery.

Can we use the same thing for homecoming?

Yes. Each dance is its own event and its own purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews between them.
