Free Preview is a test environment, not a free replacement for a real event. You get your own QR code, first 60 photos shown free, a gallery that locks seven days after the event, live photo slideshow, guestbook preview, 5 full-resolution originals, and a 5-minute Live test for 2 viewers. Previews are watermarked, there is no ZIP download, and photos are permanently deleted 30 days after upload. No card required.

Use Free Preview to test the QR, upload, gallery, slideshow, and guestbook before the wedding. For the real event, Event Pass is $29 once. Choose Picsui Complete at $49 if you also need a private Live Broadcast for remote guests. Refundable within 30 days while your event is still unused.

No. Event Pass, Live Pass, Picsui Complete, and Partner Event credits are one-time purchases. They do not renew and there is no plan to cancel. Free Preview stays free. Corporate pilots are invoiced per event.

No. Event Pass includes the live PHOTO slideshow, not live video. Live Pass costs $39 one-time and can be purchased by itself. Picsui Complete includes both Event Pass and Live Pass for $49, saving $19. The broadcast is recorded; keep the recording afterwards with the Broadcast Recording add-on.

No. Every pass and plan bought before this pricing change keeps exactly what it was sold with — the same limits, the same storage, the same features — for as long as it was sold for. We stopped offering some of those for new purchase; we did not change them for anyone already on them, and nobody was downgraded.

Refundable within 30 days while your event is still unused. Your own test uploads do not count. A livestream must not have started. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.

Not a problem. The active window starts from the event date you set in the dashboard, so update the date any time beforehand. We email you 7 days and 1 day before a gallery closes, so it never closes as a surprise.

It becomes read-only — guests can still scan the QR and view, but can no longer upload. You can keep viewing and downloading for the rest of the storage window, and bulk-download everything as a ZIP at any point before it ends.

Yes. Guests scan the QR code and upload immediately — no app, no signup, no password. That is the whole point: anything a guest has to install or register for is something most guests will not do.
