Do guests need to download an app?

What if my wedding gets postponed?
You can change your wedding date in the dashboard at any time before the event. The gallery's active window starts based on the event date you set.
What happens after 3 months?
The gallery becomes read-only — guests can't upload new photos, but you and your guests can still view and download everything. After 3 months from purchase, photos are removed from storage. We send you a 7-day and 1-day reminder before that, so there's no surprise.
Can I add custom branding?
Yes — your couple names and wedding date appear on the gallery. For full white-label (custom logo, custom domain), you'd want our Pro subscription, which is built for wedding photographers running multiple events.
What if I have more than one wedding event?
The Wedding Pass covers one wedding gallery. If you're a wedding photographer or event planner running multiple weddings per month, our subscription plans (Pro and Studio) are a better fit.
Is the AI moderation reliable?
Picsui uses OpenAI's vision model to flag inappropriate content automatically. Flagged photos go into a moderation queue you can review. You always have final say.
